Pregnancy Exercise
The NHS website says,’ Exercise is not dangerous for your baby – there is some evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour,’ however at Bodymotiv8 we understand that many women feel nervous when it comes to exercising during pregnancy. By working with our fully qualified Personal Trainers, you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be exercising without risk and will not be harming yourself or your baby. As the forthcoming mother, if you have any doubts, we recommend that you speak to your obstetrician or midwife.
Post Pregnancy Exercise
Six weeks after giving birth, our fully qualified Personal Trainers can design and implement a unique fitness programme for you. This will take into account your method of delivery, effects of childbirth and help you get back into shape safely and effectively.
