Based in our South Tay Street premises, Dundee Personal Trainers are ready to help shape your fitness goals, be it one to one, with a friend, or as part of one of our regular group training programmes we will be there with you.
One-to-one Fitness
The fitness professionals at BodyMotiv8 will design a safe and effective training programme specific to your fitness goals, whether they are weight loss, body conditioning, injury recovery or reaching peak physical fitness for your chosen discipline. We will support, educate and motivate you throughout the process, ensuring your training is enjoyable, and helps you to feel and look great.
Private gym facilities are available for one-to-one training, however BodyMotiv8 can come to your house, if you would like.
Buddy Training
BodyMotiv8 provides a Buddy Training service for clients who want to exercise with their partner, spouse or friend. Whoever you want to train with, our expert Personal Trainers will come to you at home to provide a fun, safe and professional fitness service. There are no added costs if you train with a buddy, as opposed to one-on-one, therefore you will receive expert training at even greater value.

Group Training
As part of a balanced approach to the new, healthier, happier you, participating in an exercise class can provide an exciting change from your normal workout routine. Friendship, camaraderie and spending time with people who share your enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle; Group Training has many advantages and is a fantastic way to add some variety to your exercise regime.
